Catering to clients from all backgrounds and age groups, and setting customer service standards in local venues, international chains, and world-class hotels, her artistry extends to orchestrating customer experiences, organizing events, and nurturing talents through recruitment. Her touch brings harmony to operations, delight to guests, and elevates her to the pantheon of visionaries in her domain.
As a mother, wife, Lebanese, Nicoise, sister, and Co-founder, Manal is driven by a passion for exceeding expectations. She's the powerhouse fueling the dream, and managing reality. Karim has over 17 years of experience in the F&B industry, with 12 years in restaurant management. He excels in managing teams, building customer relations, and promoting quality and service.
Starting in an entry-level role, Karim gained industry insight, improved communication skills, and learned about organizational hierarchies. Karim’s sense of achievement remains operation management and staying current with trends.
Various opening experiences also marked Karim’s career journey. He became an integral element of the business at its creation, gaining the required technical know-how in architecture, equipment, installations, and operation flow.
Teaming up with his siblings, who are also pioneers in this field, Karim envisions L’Antidote as a formidable front project, bringing their shared dream to life.

Since starting as a barback at a Lebanese resort 23 years ago, Walid has been revolutionizing the bar scene and introducing the modern cocktail movement in Lebanon and the MENA Region. He has since designed tools, invented techniques, redesigned essential bar equipment, and upgraded the norms of bar functional layout to elevate the service standards and quality, inspiring bartenders, mixologists, and connoisseurs worldwide.
Leading several projects at the highest level as a consultant, co-founder of Ferdinand Gastro-Bar, and one of the Top 30 Bartenders in the world, Walid’s passion for the bar, the land, and the crowd continues to thrive in this ever-evolving industry.
Through L’ Antidote, Walid brings his dream project of having their own family place to life. With its concept, l’Antidote allows him to apply his two-decade of expertise and boundless passion. Above all, it serves as his haven to innovate, explore, and continue reshaping the worldwide bar industry.
